FLASH BULLETIN TO ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

Gathering together with our members for face-to-face interchange of ideas and information has always been of immense importance to your board of directors.
However, nothing is more important to our organization than the health and safety of our members. We currently find ourselves in the midst of a national crisis involving the Coronavirus. The consistent message from the experts is not to panic and to be cautious, which is the path we are following. At present, as the advancement of this virus continues we have no alternative than to cancel the following scheduled mini meetings:
3/19/20 Riverfront Library Yonkers, NY
4/14/20 Upper Merion Township Building King of Prussia, PA
4/21/20 Mahopac Library Mahopac, NY
5/12/20 Rockville Library Rockville, MD
Our Annual Meeting at Fox Hollow Inn on Long Island, NY is scheduled for June 3, 2020. We also have a mini meeting scheduled in Northborough, MA on July 15, 2020. In the absence of an abrupt turnaround of events, it is our expectation that both these meetings will be canceled or rescheduled.
Of course, we will keep you informed.
