As part of the on-going class action of Murphy, et al, v. Verizon, et al, Idearc/SuperMedia, et al, our legal team has requested that we canvas our management retirees who were part of the Verizon Enterprises Management Pension Plan. This plan may have covered retirees who were part of MCI.
